Cathy Caters processes all internet orders at 3pm CST each day. If you order a product after that time the order will not be processed until the next day. We try to have every order processed and shipped the same day it is placed, however, occasionally it takes longer for orders to be processed. Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS
and FedEx. A delivery confirmation and signature is required on
every package, no questions asked. After you get your order Inspect your order immediately and completely when it arrives. Verify that each item on the invoice has been delivered. You must notify us within 5 days of the delivery of your order if there is missing or damaged products.
To return your order Have your invoice in hand. Call Customer Service at (913) 829-3463 to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package near your address. Any return package received by Cathy Caters without prior authorization, or without a clearly marked return authorization number, will not be accepted from the shipper. Send your returned merchandise prepaid via UPS or FedEx ONLY. We DO NOT ACCEPT returned COD's or shipments from any other carrier. This ensures that Cathy Caters can accurately track you merchandise return. No refund/credit will be extended for any product not in original packaging or for any product that is not substantially complete when returned. |
